Topaz Standard Signature Pads
Topaz Standard Signature Capture Pads work by using an electronic pad that tracks the movement of a stylus over its surface, and then sending the data to the computer in the form of a signature. Unlike Topaz’s LCD Signature Pads, Standard Signature Pads do not have any user-visible confirmation of the signature, making them the more economical option. Models of Standard Signature Pads include the SigLite and the SigGem. The SigLite is the more affordable of the two, but it sacrifices durability by using a pressure sensitive pad instead of the capacitive touch surface used in the SigGem. All Topaz Signature Capture Pads come bundled with Topaz’s SigPlus software, a plugin for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat which mediates the process of acquiring a signature and attaching it to a specific document.
