Star Micronics' mPOP, mobile point of purchase is an adavnced hybrid for tablet POS that combines a cash drawer and printer peripheral. With convenient Bluetooth and USB connectivity; this compact, stylish, yet fully integrated peripheral is an ideal solution for tablet and mobile device based POS system. Simply connect your preferred tablet or mobile device of choice and the mPOP transforms into a fully integrated POS system. The mPOP combines a thermal receipt printer with “Drop-In and Print” paper loading and a compact cash drawer with bill and adjustable coin slots. The hidden space under the removable coin till provides extra security for high value currency, store checks, and credit card slips. Enhancing its functionality, the mPOP features USB ports for charging external devices.

With intuitive top loading & easy front feed, the printer uses traditional direct thermal receipt paper which does not need ribbons or toner and is readily available. The partial cut guillotine automatically cuts the receipt so it won't drop on the floor. Simple paper loading - just push the front printer panel and press the easy release lever to drop in the paper roll and then print. - Functional but compact cash drawer
A clean, fast drawer release reveals coin holders capable of taking full bank bags of coins and upright note dividers. Higher value notes can be stored securely under the coin inserts and a software lock provides extra security. - Classic Bluetooth connectivity
