The HSP7643 is designed to assist retail, grocery and banking establishments that want to support check paying customers at the POS station, at a price comparable to a single station printer.
The HSP7643 has been specifically developed for applications requiring check MICR reading, check franking and/or validation, primarily for the Banking market, where the check MICR information and the check franking will need to be processed in one pass.
The HSP7643 combines key features from Star's celebrated range of products, including the speed and reliability of the market leading TSP700II Series, and the engine from the high speed SP700 dot matrix printer. Star is bringing many years of "know-how" in POS to the HSP7643; resulting in customers receiving the feature they need with the reliability they demand, minus the overhead of unnecessary features and cost.
