With BarTender, a few quick mouse motions are all it takes to combine bar codes, text and graphics into sharp looking, professional quality labels. And moving and resizing objects on your labels is as easy as 1, 2, 3. BarTender gives you total control over your label's appearance. Specify any size and quantity of bar codes and any size and style of text on any size label (or page). Choose from nearly twenty bar code languages, including all of the major symbologies, as well as two-dimensional and postal bar codes. It takes an entire separate page to cover all of the options for reading in data from external sources.

BarTender doesn't just "preview" or approximate how your labels will look. Bar codes and different text sizes are shown with extraordinary precision. By accurately viewing your label images before you print them out, you finish your design work faster. In designing BarTender as a true Windows application, special consideration was given to the ability to work cooperatively with other applications. This includes extremely versatile data importing capabilities and three easy ways to control BarTender from within other programs.

Enterprise Edition includes features that simplify the integration of BarTender with other software products. The Commander Utility, included with the Enterprise Edition, makes it easy for BarTender to print across large networks comprised of both Windows and non-Windows systems. And by taking advantage of BarTender's support for the latest in Microsoft's ActiveX technology, the Enterprise Edition can be easily controlled by other software programs.
