The mobile edition of the RedBeam Check In/Check Out includes a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Enter employees, members, customers or students and check items in and out to them using the barcode scanner. Report on which items are checked out and to whom. Monitor overdue items, rental fees, item usage and more.
This edition includes software and a pack of RedBeam 1-1/4" x 1-3/4" white paper laser printer labels.

Barcode your tools, equipment, or files folders, and if desired, employee, member, customer or student IDs. All RedBeam check in check out software comes with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer. - Scan
Tracking equipment, tools, or file folders is made easy using barcode. Scan or enter the ID of the person checking out an item. Then scan or enter the equipment or items they are checking out. If using rental fees, they can be charged for at time of check out. When an item is returned, scan the item back in. If using overdue fees, they can be charged during check in. - Track
