ORDER PROCEDURE: The information should be ENTERED EXACTLY as you want it to appear in your barcode. You MUST TYPE the FOUR separate lines of information below in the COMMENT BOX on the BOTTOM of the FIRST CHECK OUT page. Line #1: Dealer Name OR your First Name and Last Name Line #2: County Line #3: City Line #4: Dealer Plate. The PDF-417 e-SAFETY Dealer Bar code will be delivered via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide when you CHECK OUT. Your custom 2D barcode will be an Adobe Acrobat PDF electronic document, and this barcode is for inspection purposes only with the PENNDOT e-Safety Inspection Systems. The Adobe document with the 2D barcode can be printed on your local printer as many times as needed. We recommend the use of a Black and White laser printer to produce a durable and readable bar code.
