FREE Ground* Shipping within the CONTINENTAL United States (excludes AK, HI) for on-line credit card orders over $25 (which is also our Minimum order size).
*There is a $4.00 handling fee to process and package all orders.

*Orders with a gross weight over 75 pounds may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day whenever possible. Orders with faster delivery times will receive higher priority.
Order checkout lets you choose from a list of pre-priced shipping methods, and then displays the total cost of goods, shipping and handling, and sales tax (applies only to orders shipped to NY State).
We reserve the right to use a delivery service with an equivalent delivery time as provided by any of the major freight carriers, including UPS, Federal Express, DHL, and the US Postal Service.
To fulfill your entire order as quickly as possible, we may ship one or more of your items from multiple locations, possibly using equivalent delivery services from more than one freight carrier.
Delivery times are based on BUSINESS DAYS, not calendar days.
Next Day Air Saturday delivery is available, but can only be arranged by calling 1-800-830-9523.
Your shipping address must be a business or residential address. We will not ship to a PO Box.
Orders returned as "undeliverable" or "refused" will be charged a minimum $30 fee.
International Orders would be those paid with a credit card from a bank outside of the United States (or Canada), and these cannot be processed on-line.

We have a $500 Minimum order subtotal (excluding shipping) and all orders must be Prepaid in Full with U.S. Funds via Wire Transfer (EFT). Orders for shipments outside of the United States may be subject to shipping fees as well as applicable brokerage and customs fees, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer and/or the receiving party.
L-Tron normally uses UPS for international shipments, and your shipping charges
will be incorporated in the Order Total amount which will be Prepaid via Wire Transfer.
Other arrangements can be made if necessary.
We typically will need two - five business days to ship your order after we have been notified by our bank that your payment via electronic funds transfer has been deposited in our bank account.
Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law, or may not be imported due to local regulations. We make no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility or serviceability for products that are used outside the United States.
