If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, L-Tron offers a 21-day return policy to all of our customers on most of the items we carry. Some restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed RETURN POLICY below. For additional information not listed, please contact our technical support specialists at (800) 830-9523.

RETURN POLICY

Return Requirements
All (non-defective) returns for credit or exchange must be RECEIVED BACK AT L-TRON WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE, and may be subject to a 15 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

Please call or e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number AND Shipping Address BEFORE returning your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Products returned WITHOUT an RMA NUMBER will be returned to the customer.
For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number:
(1) Customer company name
(2) L-Tron invoice number
(3) Serial number for each product
(4) Description of the problem

All products MUST BE returned in BRAND NEW CONDITION and 100 percent complete, including all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided in the original shipment. ANY PRODUCT AND/OR PACKAGING DAMAGE, such as Scratches, Abrasion, etc., OR REMOVING the Product’s SERIAL NUMBER, OR REMOVING the UPC CODE from the Packaging, will INVALIDATE any Return Authorization previously given.

After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process.
If you used a credit card for payment, refunds will be credited to the card used for the original order.
If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address of the original order.


Shipping Charge Return Policy
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES will NOT be refunded for items that are returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) back to L-Tron Corporation.
L-Tron strongly recommends FULLY INSURING the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit, and also recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking and proof of delivery.
And, if there is a product replacement or exchange instead of a credit, L-Tron will pay all shipping charges to send the item(s) back to the customer.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Damaged In Transit Return Policy
If a package arrives visibly DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE DELIVERY.
If you accept the package, the damage MUST be noted on the carrier's delivery record so that L-Tron can file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box(es) and all packaging. Notify L-Tron IMMEDIATELY to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise.
If you do not notify L-Tron of damaged goods within the first 7 days of delivery, our standard return policy terms will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 800.830.9523 or contact your L-Tron account manager to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Defective Product Return Policy
Most defective products will be accepted directly by L-Tron for credit, replacement, exchange or repair, at L-Tron's discretion, if they are received back at L-Tron no later than 21 days after the invoice date.
After 21 days, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for repairs under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.  To obtain a manufacturer's phone number, the customer should contact an L-Tron return specialist at 800 830-9523.

NO RETURN Policy
Thermal Printheads, Printers, Batteries, and Custom Orders/Systems CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Symbol Technologies Return Policy
Symbol Technologies Scanners, Kits, and Accessories can be returned, but must be received back at L-Tron no later than 14 days after the invoice date.

Software Return Policy
Only DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE can be returned to L-Tron Corporation. The returned product must be received back at L-Tron within 21 days of the invoice date. Returned SOFTWARE will be replaced ONLY with software IDENTICAL to that originally purchased.

Returns After 21 Days
L-Tron Corporation reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 21 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 21 days, CREDIT Only will be issued toward FUTURE Purchase(s).

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
